Description of problem: We probably should be getting the uptime either ec2, the guest itself or matahari recreate: 1. launch a template w/o dbomatic running or someother way to prevent the instance from starting 2. notice the uptime is reported Instances us-west-test/frontend Uptime: 00:05:27 IP Address: State: create_failed
status on this?
Patch tested & submitted to remove 'uptime' elements from UI until such time as the uptime attribute contains useful data.
