The kernel hangup while booting.

Fedora 15

How reproducible:
Alway on this model, but with core i3 processor it works...

1. Boot the system

For information mageia kernel kernel-server-2.6.38.7-1.mga-1-1.mga1 works fine on same server without any acpi=off or similar workaround.
