fix cxgb3i eeh error on PPC64

This bug is first uncovered on RHEL 5.7 (bug #710498). RHEL 6.1 would also need the similar fix.

Is there an upstream commit to reference for this yet?  I don't see it in any of the scsi trees.

We don't hardware for cxgb3i testing. Can Chelsio test after official build is ready?
