Description of Problem:
The /usr/share/gnome-about/gnome-version.xml file is not terribly correct. In
particular, having the <vendor> field set to 'Red Hat' and the <description>
field set to 'Red Hat $VERSION' (whatever version happens to be- maybe 7.4? :)
would be most useful, as hopefully we'll get future (soon, maybe?) versions of
bug-buddy to respect that. Making <date> the build date would also be nice.

Done, except description doesn't contain $VERSION (we drop this into
redhat-release at the last minute and updating gnome-desktop then will be
forgotten, so may as well not try - we can figure it out from the build date).
