comment: This seems to be a long running issue that is fixed and then breaks and then is fixed and then breaks. I believe the issue has to do with non-standard page sizes. It seems something is expecting all pages to be exactly the same size and be a standard paper size. As these are PDF(s), size is driven by the content of the document. There is no need to expect all pages to be the same size nor the inability to use non-standard page sizes.
