In the ppp-watch.c that comes with initscripts-4.63-1, the comments and the
code doesn't quite agree.  A comment claims its "own" exit codes starts at
30, but the code uses codes from 25 and up.

Oops, fixed in the comment.  Thanks for the heads-up.
I've marked it as fixed in errata because we will shortly be doing an
errata release that will include this fix.
