Description of problem: Feature Request - bridged networking Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Currently virt-manager will not configure bridged networking, one needs to disable Network Manager and manually configure the bridge. See : http://wiki.libvirt.org/page/Networking Although that page is not up to date for the changes to Fedora 15 9systemd and new naming of network interfaces). Would you consider adding these features to libvirt, virt-manager, and netwokr manager ? There was some discussion of these features a few years back: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/Shared_Network_Interface http://www.redhat.com/archives/libvir-list/2009-February/msg00228.html But it does not seem to have been implemented in Fedora 15 as I had to manually configure my networking and disable NM (as outlined in the first link). Current behavior: Manual configuration of networking. Feature request: libvirt and graphical tools (vitr-manager and NetworkManager) to configure a bridge for guests. Additional info:

We prob won't ever be able to do a bridge device out of the box with virt-manager. However there are already bugs about trying to make this work better. Duping to one of those *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 696659 ***
