Steps to Reproduce:
1. Monitor --> Instances
2. Click on Stop or Remove failed without selecting any instance
3. Message displayed : Notices

    * The record you tried to access does not exist, it may have been deleted

Same for Monitor --> Deployments --> Stop

UI has changed ,No option to "Stop" or "Remove failed " Instances now.

patch included in latest rpm in fp testing

You must select one or more instances to stop.
