Description of problem:
I am not exactly sure what the organization should be.  But the fields should be in sections - or at least like display / grouped together.

See attached screen shot, and note the group search fields and user search fields options.

We have 3 sections in the "Configuration" tab. 
1. Search options
2. User options
3. Group options
