Red Hat Product Errata RHBA-2012:0178 0 normal SHIPPED_LIVE Deployment_Guide bug fix and enhancement update 2012-02-20 14:54:56 UTC

Description Jaromir Hradilek 2011-07-04 01:00:27 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #715016 +++

In the "Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Deployment Guide", edition 1 (PDF version) in section 17.2.5.2 Log In Options and Access Controls (p.362) there is a bullet item list of directives to configure vsftpd.
Between directives "pam_service_name" and "userlist_deny", there is a bullet item that only says what the default value is, but not for which directive. This is different from the surrounding directives' descriptions and most likely an omission of text.

Hi,

And many thanks for reporting this. This is indeed an error, and will be fixed in the next release.
