1.Launched deployment and it failed
2. when tried to delete deployment in default pool 
3. it doesn't delete and says "The deployment test_west could not be deleted."

Please re-test with the latest RPMs built today. I am not able to reproduce this any longer, and believe it was fixed in db176192f8e02a4ba345e78de947abfff1b5021a.
