This should be in repos now. (Note that, if a deployment *fails* to launch, no provider will be shown, but otherwise this should be fixed.)
This issue is still observed. Provider field still remains blank even if deployment is launch successfully. Screen shot attached. The RPMs in the repo last night were apparently not built from next; the 'c26c54e' commit referenced in the RPM doesn't exist there, and they're missing (at least) my patch. eggs is building new RPMs now, after which time we can re-test this.
