Description of problem:
When trying to add groups to a node, the only means to do so is to edit each node and add the group to the node's group membership.  This is time consuming and semi-painful.  It would be nice to be able to edit the group and add the nodes to the group as well.

condor_configure_store now allows editing a group's node membership.

Fixed on BZ719050-ccs-edit-groups

Tested on RHEL 5.7/6.1 x x86_64/i386 with condor-wallaby-tools-4.1-2 and it
works. -->VERIFIED
