Things that are done:
- remove ProxyFailureHandler, move its logic into AsyncCallFailEvent handler
- get rid of unnecessary @ProxyEvent methods in concrete presenter classes
- update WebAdmin host page to be compatible with IE9 using "X-UA-Compatible" meta tag
- revisit WebAdminEditorDriverGenerator due to AbstractEditorDriverGenerator changes, tasks:
  1) access delegate's bean owner to register 'items changed' listener (if bean owner is a ListModel)
  2) solve 'cannot convert Object to String'-style errors (e.g. getEntity() returns Object)

Things still to do:
- update views (editors) to take advantage of primitive property support (e.g. 'general' sub-tab views)
