Not sure what the best solution is, but the Red Hat logo and its type doesn't stand out enough against the background

Ack on the redesign, The webui is in flux and we are not tracking every part of the redesign via bugzilla.

I put this on the ce-p2-beta tracker because I think it's important to get this basic level of branding resolved for beta.

This doesn't require a redesign, we just need to ensure the logo is sufficiently contrasted against the background.
