pool details

The Pool details link on the pools page really stands out in a bad way at the moment

Since the pools page is the first screen, it'd be good to fix it up

Also, since our default pool is called "default_pool", this looks pretty silly:

Bugfix is in next branch(commit 88b13502034d2be3ba802d37fbf8c98ba9c51b56), please verify it.

"default_pool Pool details" link is replace by Default Pool details.
Also "default pool" is now called "default".
Looks better.
