details view

If you go to the pool details view, you see:

  - the New Pool, Destroy and empty "More actions" combo box
  - the filter/search widget
  - Share this view and Add/Remove columns
  - Select All, None
  - all crammed together with no padding

It all adds up to quite a bit of ugliness, but probably doesn't need much more than some padding and cleanup to make a huge difference

Patch sent, fixing table views across the entire application.
