Description of problem:
See attached screenshot- when the filter bar is open, the bottom of the panel overlaps the footer, causing the Copyright message to be embedded in the panel.

THe overrun also happens when the filter bar is closed, but it's not as ugly.

Could you provide more specifics such as browser window size, and any steps that were taken before hand that allowed you produce this effect?  I have tried to see it occur in FF3.6, FF4 and Chrome to no avail.

Verified in following katello build:

katello-0.1.71-1.git.0.7bdb786.fc15.noarch

Now bottom of changeset panel doesn't overlap the footer. I'm attaching the screenshot as an evidence in next comment.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
