always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a user
2. Select the user in left pane
3. Set his password to something new and type the same pw in the password confirm box
4. Click save
  
Actual results:
nothing happens

Expected results:
a notification like "User joeblow updated."

Verified, now get notification on Save.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
