Description of problem:
WebUI should show version - at least some important one

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check WebUI page (pre and post login) that is contain Katello version


Actual results:
None


Expected results:
Should state there something like "Katello 1.0.0"

Mike - can you add something to the build that will do this (like Candlepin does) and then pass it back to the UI team so we can expose it?
