Description of problem: Something that will be confusing to users.. 1. configure a provider account, be sure to add a ec2 key and cert 2. click save 3. navigate back to provider account, click edit 4. notice "no file chosen" is listed for the cert and key Not as user friendly as it should be.. This bug has gone stale.. moving back to Angus for a solution
making sure all the bugs are at the right version for future queries
