Description of problem:
RHN log does not save to /var/log/ovirt.log, but save to /tmp/ovirt.log.
When RHN register failed, it said to check ovirt.log for details, but cannot find details at /var/log/ovirt.log after press F2.

rhev-hypervisor-6.2-05.el6

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register RHN with invalid info.
2. RHN register failed expectedly.
3. Press F2 to check details in /var/log/ovirt.log

Actual results:
no RHN register failed log in /var/log/ovirt.log.

Expected results:
RHN logs should save to /var/log/ovirt.log.

Verified on rhev-hypervisor-6.2-0.11.el6, the log include rhn, rhevm, network etc. are saved to ovirt.log now
