[ipa webui] Host OTP from previously added host appears in new host's edit page

Description of problem: If you add/edit a host and set an OTP for the host, then add a new host. When you edit the new host, the OTP from the previous host is shown for the new host. Verified using ipa-server-2.1.3-8.el6.x86_64 Each host reflects correctly, if OTP is set or not.
