Please include a checkbox on the test-plan clone page that will set the source plan as a parent of the newly created one.

The checkbox has been added as one option of Copy Settings on the test plan clone page.Please verify in Version 3.8.0.

Verify 3.8.0-1 on stage -->PASS

Verify steps:
1.Click a test plan's clone button.
2.Choose the check box of 'Copy Settings on the test plan clone page'
3.Click 'clone' button.
4.Check the new plan 'Tree View 'tab

Actual result:
The new plan parent is the old plan.
