Need to document which resource bundles are available and how to to enable/disable localisation

 The URLs to access the localized UIs are:

Japanese:

adding note to step 6 of the installation procedure in section 2.2

also adding more details to a new "localisations" section between the existing 2.2 and 2.3 sections

also noting that you can edit jboss-brms.war/index.jsp and changing the redirect URL to include this if you want to

added new section 2.3 localization, and added a note to end of installation about URLs

The doc looks good - can we get the URLs added to the new section? THAT will finish the book.
