Rather then packing up the MS in the war, we should use the MS which ships with BRMS/the appserver and tag along with that configuration.

Updated the, commented out, settings for ModeShape so it points to JNDI. Which makes it use the MS service.
Leaving JackRabbit to be the default implementation to be used.
