Unable to package rubygem-rdoc 3.8 for EPEL because this requires rubygems >= 1.5.0

Please upgrade rubygems in EPEL to rubygems-1.6.2. This is the latest upstream version which does not have incompatibilities with rails 2.3 series.

The F15 rubygems-1.6.2 rpm @ http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=233424 tested on EPEL 6 x86_64 and works fine.

However, I needed 

rubygem-hoe @ http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=196711 and
rubygem-rubyforge @ http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=195290 to rebuild the .src.rpm on EPEL 6.

Whoops, rubygems is being pulled in from rhel-6-optional now, not epel anymore - so this is the wrong place for this RFE.
