Add diskless support for MRG 2.0, which will require a change to the rt-setup package.

Verified.  Configured a test lab with a DHCP, tftp and NFS server.  Kernel and initramfs images was made available via tftp and root file system on an NFS share.

Kernels booted and could run fine with realtime characteristics.
