Description of problem:

Page refresh triggers uncaught exception.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on All Resources
2. Click on Discover Resources
3. Hit F5 immediately after step-2 to refresh browser.
  
Actual results:

Uncaught exception flashes in banner, disappears, with no logged information in the messages 

Expected results:

No exceptions.
