Description of problem:
Instead of having to repost to fix a typo or bad comment there should be a way that we can either delete the comment or edit the comment that a user made. For example I posted something and I made a mistake in my post. I should be able to edit the post I made or delete it.

1. Post
2. Find typo/mistake
3. No way to edit/delete

Hello,

This is feature is available, but is restricted to Red Hat Bugzilla administrators only. There is no intention at this stage to widen the available for this feature.

Red Hat generally will only edit a comment if it contains offensive language or in other extreme circumstances.
