Description of problem:
The following happens on an i686 machine.  It does NOT happen on an otherwise identical x86_64 machine.

# yum install icedtea-web

1. If icedtea-web is already install, "yum upgrade icedtea-web".
2. Otherwise, "yum install icedtea-web"

Actual results:
Failure to install or upgrade, due to the dependency on a debug name.

Expected results:
Installed or upgraded icedtea-web package.

Additional info:
Enabling the rawhide-debuginfo repository doesn't help, as icedteaweb-debuginfo does not provide the debug name.
