Description of problem:
trying to report to kerneloops fails:

/bin/sh: abrt-action-kerneloops: command not found
(exited with 127)

in /etc/libreport/events.d/koops_event.conf change line:

EVENT=report_Kerneloops analyzer=Kerneloops abrt-action-kerneloops

to

EVENT=report_Kerneloops analyzer=Kerneloops reporter-kerneloops
