The package "rednotebook" was recently pushed to EPEL6, but has a broken dependency. It requires python-chardet, which doesn't exist in EPEL. Can we get python-chardet in EPEL6?

Thanks for the update, but the new package still requires python-chardet which is not available in EPEL6. I'm not aware which (if any) features of rednotebook need python-chardet, but it does seem to work without. Perhaps the Requires should be removed?
