Each resource should have an uninventory button rather than having to rely on some magic 'uninventory' button appearing a button when looking at a resource list. Sure, the current set up works nicely for uninventorying a list of resources but it's not very untuitive
It's not a magic button. it's just a normal that we currently offer in resource list views like the top level inventory list view and a resource's child list view. This seems like an RFE for the resource detail view to offer an uninventory capability, when you're looking at it, not only when you're looking at its parent, or a search list. Another option may be to add Uninventory to the context menu, allowing you to kill off resources from the tree view. Also, if offerent more ways to uninventory we may also want to consider delete in the same way, when applicable. I'll update the title to reflect this.
