Description of problem:
Cheese fails to capture pictures or video.

How reproducible:
Try to capture a picture using the application

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up Cheese in Terminal
2. Click "Take Photo"
3. Terminal will return the message "** (cheese:5697): WARNING **: starting capture failed"

  
Actual results:
Terminal returns the message "** (cheese:5697): WARNING **: starting capture failed"

Expected results:
Cheese should take the photo and store it in the photo stream.

Fedora 15 has reached its end of life. Cheese in Fedora-17 has seen a lot of improvements / bugfixes,
please try with Fedora-17 (with all updates applied) and file a new bug if you're still seeing this problem.
