Looks like an issue with CONFIG_ICSWX. I have a patch for another bug which should fix this.

I have patched "3.0.1-5.fc16.kh.ppc64" and confirmed the error is gone.

Package kernel-3.1.0-0.rc6.git0.3.fc16:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing kernel-3.1.0-0.rc6.git0.3.fc16'
as soon as you are able to, then reboot.
