The ReviewBoard rb-site GUI requires pygtk2 >= 2.12. RHEL 5 only supports 2.10. I'm going to disable the GUI for RHEL 5 so that only the console version is supported. (If pygtk2 is updated to a compatible version in the future, I will remove this patch).
