Add blkmapd to nfs-utils

Description of problem:
nfs-utils is missing the blkmapd program, needed to support the pnfs block layout client present in linux kernel 3.1.
Source code for blkmapd is available on the for-steve branch of this git repo:
It has also been sent to the linux-nfs mailing list.
nfs-utils-1.2.5-0.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16.

* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing nfs-utils-1.2.5-0.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
