Description of Problem:

The file /mnt/source/RedHat/RPMS/mm-1.1.3-4.i386.rpm cannot be opened. This is 
due to missing file, bad package or bad media.

Linux Rescue		Your system has been mounted under /mnt.sysimage.
Press return to get a shell, if you want the root run the command 
chroot /mnt/sysimage

How Reproducible:
Installer creates an error on Disk 2 and will not allow the GUI to load

Additional Information:
There is an old Conner SCSI which I have removed the ribbon cable and power 
from the unit.
