Package perl-Bisect-Perl-UsingGit-0.33, Bisect/Perl/UsingGit.pm contains: package Bisect::Perl::UsingGit; use Moose; use MooseX::Types::Path::Class; with 'MooseX::Getopt'; This means `perl(MooseX::Getopt)' should be added to set of package Requires. But current rpm-build-4.9.1.1-3.fc17 does not do that.

We should. `base' and `parent' are implemented as modules too. If `use Moose' precedes `with', then `with q{Foo}' should inject `perl(Foo)' dependency.
