Description of problem:

When exporting, remove .svn directories from resultant _Export directory. This prevents users accidentally checking in over the 'normal' book as the two have the same SVN metadata.

Updated export logic to clean temporary and hidden files from the export copy. This prevents users from accidentally checking in the exported copy over their original when using SVN. The exported copy can of course still be imported to source control in its own right if that is desired.
