Description Jiri Svitak 2011-10-03 13:04:47 UTC
Decision tables do not support declare keyword. If you want to declare your own facts you have to use workaround - for example write declare construct into Functions field.

This has been added in master branch. Does it need backporting to 5.3.x as the "Target Release" for this BZ is undefined (and it's an enhancement not a bug)?

It's been approved for 5.3, so I would vote for backporting.
