Description mazet 1999-11-30 10:13:27 UTC
I try to bring up interface plip1 on a update RH 6.1 system
and get :

SIOCSIFADDR: No such device
plip0: unknown interface: No such device

In /var/log/message, I get :

insmod: /lib/modules/2.2.12-20/net/plip.o: init_module: Device or resource
busy

Any clue ?

             Laurent

PS: Sory for my previous repport about ispell-(dict), I have just under-
stood how to use the query form

Add:

alias parport_lowlevel parport_pc

to /etc/conf.modules.
