Description of problem: I downloaded the Fedora 16 install/upgrade dvd and copied it to an usbstick with the livecd-iso-to-disk tool and tried to upgrade my system. but anaconda fails with the error "UnicodeEncodeError character u'\xfc'" in the program gettext.py Then I did switch from the X server to another virtual console and did start anaconda manually as root. and as the graphical anaconda is still running it cant start the X server and startsup in text mode. The above error happens when I should select the file systems that I want to "upgrade" to a newer version (whatever this means! a help text should made available here!). I have just one device to select in the list, so I didn't select the device (as I didn't know the consequences of this "upgrade" and pressed okay with nothing selected, than the crash happend.
