Description of problem: I'm starting to look at building TurboVNC on Fedora. Looks like it wants to use the turbojpeg headers, libraries, and functions but the libjpeg-turbo package doesn't ship them apparently due to lack of versioning. Well, you were shipping libjpeg.a so I packaged the same way. But no, I don't need the static library.
