Since this is a placeholder for https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DTACLOUD-88 and we closed out DATCLOUD-88 ... marking this BZ as 'VERIFIED'. Deltacloud is now returning the backend error message: RHEVM::RHEVMBackendException:Cannot run VM.
