Description of problem:
Every time grub2 is updated, /etc/default/grub is overwritten. Since that is a config file, it should not.be.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
grub2-1.99-7.fc16.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time grub2 is updated

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update grub2
  
Actual results:
/etc/default/grub is overwritten

Expected results:
/etc/default/grub is preserved - even if only as /etc/default/grub.rpmsave
