Description of problem:

[thomas@level mach2]$ rpm --addsign /var/tmp/mach/fedora-15-i386-updates/mach-0.9.6.1-0.20110524.210048.fc15/mach-*rpm

1. remove rpm-sign package
2. try to sign an rpm
3.

Actual results:

 fails with No such file or directory
  

Expected results:

 Tell me that rpm-sign isn't installed.
