Add draft version of Inscript2 keymaps

Description of problem:
Inscript2 draft keymaps are already implemented in fedorahosted inscript2 project. It has been released since July 2011 and till date has not got any wrong implementation feedback. Also, I don't see any problem in adding Inscript2 draft versioned m17n keymaps in fedora.

Inscript2 draft version of keymaps are not present
Should provide Inscript2 draft version of keymaps.
This update will help Fedora users to test Inscript2 draft standard.
Fixed in m17n-contrib-1.1.13-2.fc17
m17n-contrib-1.1.13-2.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16.

* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing m17n-contrib-1.1.13-2.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
