Description of problem:
The login screen is cropping the RHQ logo. (The logo is also kind of fuzzy, so it may be a sizing issue.)


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
I'm seeing it in my old install from Sept. 26, build number 8ada3a7. It is still happening on builds from today.


How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to login.

This is an RHQ only issue. Logo looks fine in JON3 betas
